I think a trip to pinehurst is never a bad option

Chris you might try calling and asking what they have in stock, I stopped in on my way to Charlotte right after they opened and all they had in stock were clubs and bslls, the only clothing they had , had the Pinehurst logo. They did say they were expecting items to be coming in

From my past experience at Pinehurst, you can have access to the putting green. Which is an 18 hole spectacle in itself. Also, they have the cradle par 3 course at Pinehurst and usually is not an issue to get a tee time to play the par 3 course. I'm driving 2 hours for the trip, so it's definitely worth the little over an hour drive. It will not disappoint.

I live in Charlotte, NC, and I never miss an opportunity to stop by Pinehurst or play the courses when I have a chance. The pro shop is amazing as you would expect from an iconic golf mecca like Pinehurst, and walking through the trophy hall on your way in is amazing as well. You definitely want to go explore the resort as well. Great food and a lot of stuff to explore. My putter boy Titleist hat is getting worn out and I need to make a trip soon.
