Let’s get your reviews rolling—what did you think of the new T-Series irons?

  2. I had my fitting on Sunday.

Currently playing the T350, 6-PW, 4 handicap. Trialed the 150, 250 and 250 launch spec. Also trialed three shaft options, Nippon 750, Recoil and MMT.

Appearance = much improved. Much cleaner lines standing over the ball.

Performance = Liked the turf interaction far better than current 350.

Ordered the 250, 6-PW, Nippon shaft. Could not feel the ball strike using the two graphite shafts. The launch spec launched higher given the added loft but preferred the standard 250.

Liked that the options I was considering were available to trial.

I went for my fitting yesterday and was astonished. I am still a decent player (5 hcp) but my approach game has suffered lately because i hit it low. Still have enough speed but struggle to get elevation. I have arthritis in my back so any major swing change is out of the equation. Currently playing the T150 and happy with the clubs. The fitting immediately went to the 250 which was a slight improvement (and quite nice looking), and then the fitter asked me to look at the 350 and see if was interested in at least hitting it. OMG! It is the best feeling game improvement iron I have ever hit, and not offensive at all to look at. Sure it has more offset and is bigger, but for 15' higher apex and a land angle that is more playable, I am seriously considering the T350.

Saw the new series while at a Titleist fitting day at my home club. I was interested in a 7 wood as I was just fitted for T150 irons last summer. I was curious about the new models so swung a few out of curiosity. Not a significant difference between new and old T150’s. I did like the new T250 as a possible replacement for my 4 iron as I gained a little bit in launch angle and descent. The look of the new models is a little more of a brushed finish, a nice touch. Definitely some of the best looking irons available!

I had the opportunity to be fit here in Houston with Trevor Davis. Trevor is great and we did the GT fitting last September.

The irons I had were 2021 T100s. I liked the compact shape as those irons were the same size as the 100 just stronger loft.

As my swing speed as slowed a little the force needed to launch the ball in the air for it to stop quick was starting to get tough.

In this new generation I was looking to go back to more traditional lofts but also picking up some new technology that might give me a few more yards.

When the new irons launched I noticed T250 Launch Spec. A players distance iron that had more loft than the standard T250. At my fitting, I asked if I could hit one. Paired the head with X100 AMT shaft and the first swing I knew. As I hit a few more we made small adjustments like going a degree strong and a softer shaft and the right setup became very clear.

To validate I did hit the T100 and the T150. The T100 the loft was the same but the technology in the 250LS showed as my apex was higher and carry was a few yard farther.

T100 was the choice if not 250LS. The head size and shape are different but I adjusted well and by the end of the fitting I was used to the new 250 head.

Ordered T250 Launch Spec, 1 degree strong so the PW is 46. AMT white S300, standard lie and length. Paired that with the new U505 4iron 1 degree weak.

Really excited to get them, I feel that of the 3 yards I lost in carry I can get back in confidence over time. Picking up 20ft of peak height and a 7/8 degree better landing angle will allow me to play more to tucked flags than for position.

This review started with me chasing the fedex truck down in another neighborhood to get the t250s off the truck and still make my tee time :)

My first thoughts were OMG!!! These look mint! The finish, the shape, even the font of the iron number looks like an exquisite surgical instrument.

I was fitted a few years ago at a titleist fitting event for some t200s. I ordered these to the same specs: 4-gw, +1” over standard, midsize grips, with AMT tour white stiff shafts.

Compared to the t200s I’d say these look better, almost like blades. They also feel smoother. Still hot off the face but not as hard feeling. That’s with a prov1 golf ball.

I had been trying a set of png i530s with awt 2.0 shafts. Those were longer but I was having distance control problems and losing the trajectory.

Both were much improved over the course of this round with the Titleist t250 irons. Distance was plenty long and much more controllable. No “floaters” and 15 yard differences when i hit the same iron two times. Also these look and feel magnificent.

Most of my best golf over the years came with titleist irons. My fondest memories were with the 755s and then the AP2s but as I’ve gotten older the distance and forgiveness of the t250s will be tough to beat. And did I mention how incredible they look! I can’t wait to get out again soon and see what I can do with these irons. Excellent work #teamtitleist !

  7. Just had my fitting at a Titleist Fitting Center. I have been gaming the 2021 T350s (6-GW), so we started with the new T350s. Loved the look and the feel of them. Made great contact and they felt a touch better than my current clubs. Tried the T250s and I hit them well, but I lost about 5 yards (I am a slow swinger). Launch was about the same and peak height was about the same. Went back to the T350s and tried a few different shafts but ended up with Recoil Dart 65. I was also looking for something to slide in after my 6i. I have been using a 4 hybrid from another manufacturer, but just never got along with it. I have a 7wood, however, which I love. So we tried a GT hybrid and a GT1 24 degree fairway wood. Loved the fairway wood -- great height and distance. I am definitely more of a fairway wood guy than a hybrid guy. Overall, it was another outstanding fitting experience with Titleist. Nobody does a fitting like Titleist. Plus, the fitter gave me a lot of free swag! Can't wait for these new clubs to arrive!!
