Sounds like you need to call customer service and work it out with them. We are just consumers like yourself. They will need some details as to where/when you purchased the set and any issues that might have caused the head to be bent or altered. I have watched clubs being assembled at the Carlsbad plant and every iron is laser checked and adjusted in the built process so it would be very unlikely that the head would be that far off without some post build contributing factors. Give them a call and hopefully they can help you resolve this issue.

You can arrange with the Titleist authorized dealer to send it to Titleist to inspect. You could get it adjusted locally, but yo did pay for a new club.

I’ve seen this happen before, I work at my local shop and I have seen them come in with the loft and lies offf. I simply bent them myself as I have the equipment to do so. Take them to a shop and get them checked against the original specs. They all may be off. Hope this helps

I always check the lofts and lies of every new club i buy, sometimes they are off by 1-2 °

Any certified clubmaker can adjust it

And also every 6 months check them again
